To rent a luxury vehicle, you must be at least 18 years old.
To reserve a luxury vehicle, 50% non-refundable of the total fare as a deposit is required and cannot be refunded even after cancelation. The remaining amount should be paid in cash or with a credit card three (3) days before pickup time. If paying through a check, it must be given two (2) weeks before the scheduled pickup date.
If the client wants to keep the vehicle longer than the time they initially booked, they need to pay an extra fee per hour, which can be paid to the driver via Visa, MasterCard, or cash before extending the ride. Tips for the driver are not included in the price.
Reservation and deposit are dependent on whether there are available vehicles. The company is not responsible for any losses due to bad weather, unforeseen events, or problems with the vehicle. If something goes wrong, clients only get back the amount they paid for the ride. Any belongings left in the car are the client's responsibility.
If the client or guests damage the car or behave badly, the ride will be ended, and no refund will be issued.
State law says that people under 21 cannot drink alcohol in the vehicle. Drugs are also not allowed in the car. If anyone is found with drugs or underage drinking, the driver is ordered to return the renter(s) to their starting point, and no refund will be issued.
Bringing backpacks, coolers, or food inside the vehicle is NOT ALLOWED. These items can be stored in the trunk.
The reservation is only confirmed once our representative calls you, confirm the details, and gives you a confirmation number.
At the beginning of the ride, a damage waiver should be signed, and if there are any excessive spills or messes, renters may be charged a cleaning fee of at least $150.
Smoking is NOT ALLOWED in the vehicle at any time.
